Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills, be PC literate, and dedicated to the idea of continuous learning. 2 or more years of sales experience, a college degree, and knowledge of electronic imaging is helpful but not required.

Technical

Software Developer
Bennett’s Business Systems, a leading imaging technology provider, is looking for a motivated team player to join their software development team. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity to develop code and support customers of Bennett's advanced document imaging technology products.

Applicants must have the following skills:

• Hands-on Linux or UNIX experience including development in Perl, C/C++ or
• PHP using command line tools
• Ability to write raw SQL statements
• Basic HTML coding (no WYSIWYG editor)
• General MS-Windows knowledge and troubleshooting

Additional qualifications desired:

• MySQL Database experience
• Red Hat Linux installation and administration
• Basic familiarity with Javascript
• CGI and database programming using Perl
• Perl regular expressions
• Windows programming (Visual Basic, Visual C++)
• Customer support experience
